When your city or your whole country is in quarantine due to a new virus (as the coronavirus – covid 19), it can be tough. You can’t go to the office as usual and do your job, can’t hardly see your friends and family, and all you have is time, and plenty of it. So what can you do to pass the time and how to stay motivated in quarantine? We have some great tips for you:
Make a tasks list /daily scheduled – starting with early in the morning: when to get up, when to eat breakfast, when to work if you are able to work from home, when to have lunch, when to rest, when to watch tv etc.
Do all the things you can only do when in quarantine – small renovations at home, teaching your kids a new skill, watch series you never have time for, etc.
